Bedtime Yoga is a perfect opportunity to wind-down and reconnect to the body after a busy day.
A combination of gentle-paced Hatha Yoga Flow, breathwork and meditation aims to replenish, revive and restore. The session will conclude with Yoga Nidra, also called Yogic Sleep Technique, to ensure you have a restive night sleep after the class.

I love rambling through woods, rock climbing and drinking gallons of green tea. I'm passionate about yoga, somatic movement and art. I'm also an advocate of empowered pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
Inspired by many wonderful teachers, I’m especially grateful to Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Janet Balaskas and Jane Hardwicke-Collings. My qualifications cover over 300 hours of comprehensive training in Hatha, Well-Woman, Pregnancy/Postnatal and Yoga Nidra. Recently, I have embarked on a 500 hours journey with YogaBirth, deepening my knowledge about pregnancy and birth. I'm also studying to become a birth supporter - a doula - with Red Tent Doulas.
