An introduction into Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama and meditation.
This class starts with some warm- ups, then we will practice a few Sun Salutations and a selection of standing and sitting asanas. The alignment of each posture will be demonstrated and explained.
After a good hour of asana practice we will do some gentle breathing exercises and a short meditation, followed by a guided final relaxation.
