Taught by Katie Myers, this class is suitable for all, including post-natal, with no previous experience required. It is perfect for beginners and students looking for a safe and enriching way to practise yoga. The class focuses on cultivating sensitivity and attentiveness to the body’s needs, by way of alignment and breath/body synchronisation. By looking closely at how the body responds to the action of the yoga postures, it allows tension to be released,strength to be built and a sense of stillness to encouraged.
