Class description
Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced, all classes open to all regardless of age or ability.
The Wednesday class is specifically aimed at newcomers to yoga and those who prefer a more gentle practice. Benefit from tailored guidance. Discover or re-visit the fundamental principles of yoga in a supportive and friendly environment. The difference between the Wednesday Gentle and the Thursday Mellow Yoga class is that the Thursday class does not involve going to the floor, it is a chair based class.
All classes include breathing techniques, yoga postures, movements, flowing sequences, restorative poses, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation.
The focus is on enhancing mental and physical well-being, and building stamina, strength and flexibility along the way, in a friendly, supportive and relaxed environment.

Maxine Levy is a highly experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher running workshops and classes in London and abroad. She is passionate about teaching yoga as a practical tool for mental and physical wellbeing through mindfulness, breath and body.
