In these hour-long beginners Hatha yoga classes you’ll explore foundation yoga poses blended with breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is ideal if you’re new to Hatha yoga or returning to your practice after a break or injury and as preparation for the 7:30 pm progression class.
Your teacher for these sessions is Claire Plastow. Claire is an accredited British Wheel of Yoga teacher. 500hr, Level 4 BWY Dip and has practised yoga for almost 20 years. She is trained to teach beginners and experienced yogis alike.

We specialise in Hatha Yoga and teach from the heart. The emphasis is on your health and well-being and their aim is for you to feel great. You'll stretch and strengthen, use your breath to deepen your yoga practice and finish your class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Our independent, British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher focuses on you, which makes our classes hugely rewarding whatever your yoga experience.
