Taking a relaxed style to Hatha yoga, my classes focus on alignment and mindful movement.
You do not need to be fit or flexible to join in and benefit. Options and modifications will be indicated to allow you to work within the limits of your ability as you progress.
Yoga can be a wonderful way to insure against loss of mobility as we age, you can regain movement, strength, balance and a general sense of wellbeing. It can contribute enormously to rehabilitation after injury or illness.
The hall is large, well ventilated and class numbers are limited to ensure plenty of space.
