This is an easy yoga flow online group class with modifications for every level. Perfect for people who are new to yoga or people who prefer an easy going class. Classes include meditation, pranayama (breathing exercise) and asanas (yoga postures). If you haven’t done any yoga before I still recommend booking at least one “One on One” private yoga class with me to avoid injuries and to learn the very basics positions.
Please bring a yoga mat, blocks and a strap (or soft belt) to this class if you have.
For more privacy you can leave your camera turned off if prefered.

My name is Ela Rose. I am a Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher, certified by the Yoga Alliance. I also studied Sustainability at Imperial College London. In my yoga teaching I am combining the too. As yoga has opened a life changing journey to me I want to help others understand the power of yoga for the health of mind and body.
