An absolute Beginners course introducing Yoga in a slow, methodical way, to those who have never done it before - or those who'd like to learn "from scratch". Each class in the course builds on the foundations of: stillness, breath awareness, how to do some commonly taught poses, and a guided relaxation at the end of the class. All ages and abilities welcome.

Friendly Hatha Yoga classes for all. Classes include poses, Yoga breathing techniques, philosophy, sometimes meditation and always a lengthy, guided relaxation. Equipment provided and free parking.
Helen started practising Yoga over 20years ago and teaching in 2004. Wanting to share the variety that Yoga has to offer, she went on to take the British Wheel of Yoga's Teacher Diploma course spanning 3 years from 2008-2011. She also holds a specialist qualification to teach Yoga to people living with Cancer and is a certified Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) teacher.
