This is a six week beginners yoga class in Wicklow Town. The class is run at a slow and steady pace. We will be breaking down the postures (asana) to ensure correct alignment with an emphasis on safety.
We will also focus on breathing and deep relaxation.
The combination will help you to get to know your body and provide a solid base from which to build your yoga practice to whatever level suits your needs.
