I teach a combination of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga and work with you to achieve the right balance for your body. I focus on teaching the correct breathing and alignment and design a personal program to work towards building up your strength and flexibility at a pace that suits you. I take a holistic approach which as a trained coach and wellbeing educator I can help you achieve your wellbeing goals . I am available for private 1-2-1 or couples , small groups , hen weekends and retreats.
