This is a small bespoke class for just 6 students in an idyllic location. The class is tailored to fit the needs of the students, You will benefit from lots of individual instruction which will enable you deepen into the practice far quicker than a generalised big class. We will introduce basic yoga postures, alignment, breathing and short meditation enabling you to acquire a good general grounding in yoga.

Hello, welcome to my page. I am a teacher and student of yoga, I have been practising yoga for 24yrs, teaching for 10yrs and it's an integral part of my life. I aspire to practice the principles of yoga both on and off my mat to give be flexibility and strength of body and mind and bring balance to my life. I truly believe that the more we affect change in ourselves, the more we can inspire others to reach for that too.
I teach hatha flow yoga with a focus on alignment and offer classes to adults, teens and children. in addition I offer Restorative yoga, Sound Healing and pregnancy yoga My training has been through Yogacampus in general level teaching, children's yoga, teen yoga, restorative yoga and sound healing . My main teacher is Rod Stryker and have also trained with Shiva Rea, Tias Little, Jo Manuel and Judith Hanson Laseter, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Anne Malone.
