I great class to introduce you to the practise of yoga. Although this class is aimed at beginners, it isn't too gentle for non-beginners. It is focussing on precision, alignment and safety in poses.

I have been practising yoga for over 15 years. I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher and am an associate of the Active Birth Centre, London - having trained with this established Centre in both Pregnancy Yoga and Active Birth.
