Deep breathing practise at start of each class will help you relax and train your mind to stay focused and present in the moment.
Stretching will ease stiff muscles and improve flexibility.
Yoga postures / asanas will help balance the body's energy levels and leave you feeling energised.
Deep, guided relaxation at end will enable you to relax completely.
