Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for all pregnant ladies from 13 weeks to full term. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve practised yoga before or are a complete beginner. The classes will guide you safely through each stage of your pregnancy, helping you build strength and confidence, so you have a more relaxed pregnancy and a calmer birth.
As a trained hypnobirthing teacher, I’ll prepare you mentally and physically for birth, so you look forward to giving birth, with calm confidence. Plus, you’ll meet other lovely mums to be, creating a network of mum friends, to support you once baby arrives.
