The Allomi Experience brings together movement, meditation and mindfulness. Our schedule includes a variety of Yoga, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Cardio Dance and Fitness classes as well as Conscious & Creative Living Workshops.
ALLOMI YOGA: Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga
Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga for Pregnant + New Moms

Flow through intentional movements and connect to your breath as you bring function to your entire core, maintain stability and build strength in your changing body. We'll focus on breath and relaxation that will prepare your mind and soul for your journey in the Motherhood Transition. This is the perfect place to connect with your growing baby, yourself, and other expecting and new moms.

Pregnant Mamas will learn ways to adapt your yoga practice during the different stages of pregnancy and explore mindset awareness to support your labor.

New Mamas will learn safe and effective ways to reconnect to your body, begin to heal your core and pelvic floor and most importantly, take some much deserved time for yourself.

New Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and be cleared by their doctor to exercise.

ALLOMI YOGA: Restorative Stretch
Gentle movements are combined with stretching and deep relaxation to help open the body and soothe the mind. This class is open to all levels and experience.

ALLOMI YOGA: Vinyasa Flow
All levels welcome. Increase flexibility, strength and awareness through this mindful practice of connecting breath to movement. Move from one pose to the next seamlessly in a choreographed flow. Release tension and stress and connect to your higher self in this moving meditation.

CARDIO: BarreBound
The ultimate combo class! Head to the "barre" to lengthen, strengthen, lean, lift and tone ... then jump on the rebounder (mini-trampoline) for some high-intensity cardio! Not only is rebounding fun, it is great for activating the lymphatic system, detoxification, cellulite reduction, cardiovascular health and weight loss to name a few of the benefits.

CARDIO: Plyojam
A high-cardio, follow-along dance fitness class that combines plyometric-inspired movement with easy to follow dance steps to maximize calorie burning. Set to the best pop and Top 40 hits, PlyoJam takes simple dance moves and incorporates short, fast, explosive jumping movements to make a fun and killer cardio workout. The moves can be modified to accommodate all levels of fitness!

CARDIO: Run & Restore
This class is split into two parts. The first half will be a high-intensity interval training model focused on running drills, speed and hills using the beach and neighborhood as a beautiful backdrop for our movement. The second half of class will be used to help us stretch out and recover our tight and tired muscles. The combination of the two will help us kick off the day feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world!

CARDIO: Sweat & Flow
The complete workout! Come for the body, stay for the breakthrough. Challenge the mind and body while combining elements of high-intensity cardio fitness and a powerful vinyasa flow. In this class you can expect to build plyometric endurance, isometric stimulation, as well as bodyweight integration to build strong, lean muscles. This class will have you quickly reaching your physical and mental limits and is designed to help you develop an empowered physical body and an enlightened mind.

CARDIO: Sweat & Sculpt
A fun, high-energy total body workout. We’ll use interval timing, resistance and circuit training techniques to raise your heart rate and sculpt your body from head to toe. This class was designed to build muscle, increase energy and challenge you. All levels are welcome; modifications are always available.

MEDITATION: Meditation
Learn to be still and simply breathe. Give yourself permission to slow down and deepen the connection to your higher self. Develop your intuition and learn to trust yourself. Calm the nervous system, release tension and stress and bring overall harmony to the mind, body and spirit. No experience necessary.

PILATES: Mat Pilates
Pilates is a conditioning program developed and practiced to balance strength with flexibility, allowing the body to move with optimum functionality. Pilates will increase mind and body flexibility, strengthen and tone the muscles, align the body and mind, restore and increase vitality, stimulate the mind, and elevate the spirit.

This workshop is open to those who just want to write and those who consider themselves “writers,” and for those who don’t consider themselves writers. And whether you’re working on a current project or haven’t the faintest idea of what you want to write, you are also welcome to join our creative community.

You’ll receive personal attention and have the ability to ask specific questions geared toward your project and your writing practice. You will receive assignments that will help you to take your writing to the next level.

This is a workshop open to *all levels *and to all different ‘types’ of writing, whether poetry, blogging, memoir, fiction or any other type of writing.

Join us for 6 weeks of Born Wonderful® Movement beginning Tuesday, March 12, 2019, from 12:00 to 1:00 and running every Tuesday until April 16.
Born Wonderful® Movement is designed specifically to assist women in fully experiencing themselves as spiritual beings. In traditional workouts, there is a huge focus on the outer-body experience, as in getting six-pack abs. Often, there is little focus on slowing down to tune into one of the most important components of health; the quality of our thoughts about our bodies.

Though, we are not opposed to having a solid outer core we believe that we also have to train our inner core as well; also known as the soul. Born Wonderful® Movement is intentionally designed to be a collaborative experience that empowers, uplifts and supports women from the inside out. Each class blends the wisdom of spiritual psychology with physical movement, meditation, and deep relaxation.

The Born Wonderful® Movement is a 60-minute class consisting of:
A theme-focused meditation and group share
Feminine embodiment yoga and traditional asana (physical postures)
Freestyle Dance Party
Outer Core Strengthening and Deep Stretch
Deep Relaxation incorporating the theme for the day

In this six week series we will be focusing in on the themes of Heart-Centered Listening, Heart-Centered Sharing, Holding Silence, Creating Our Reality, Living With Passion, and Sharing Our Truth.

My name is Erin DiMaggio. I am the founder of Born Wonderful®. We are a unique player in the health and fitness industry offering a little of everything for the mind, body and soul!

I am a busy and very blessed Mom of three. I am a wife, a writer, a children's book author, and Illustrator, a Women's Wellness Group Facilitator, Personal Fitness Trainer, Children's and Adult Yoga Teacher and an empowering workshop leader for children and adults. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology. I have been a featured speaker on the Happily Family Conference as well as a speaker for the documentary film, Embrace. I am a certified Children's and Adult Yoga Instructor and a Parent Educator.

I have done a little of everything under the sun including competing in Ms. Fitness Competitions, Bodybuilding Competitions, Operating a Yoga and Personal Training business, running marathons, adventure racing, rock climbing, martial arts, coaching gymnastics, coaching soccer, co-leading a training group and leading a day hike to the top of Mt Whitney, leading day hikes throughout the Southern California Mountain Range, skydiving, zip-lining and many more adventures! I have used my diverse life experiences to create total mind, body, and spirit workouts, workshops, and retreats that are intended to bring out your most wonderful self.
