A Hatha based practice that will start with sun salutation & standing poses before settling into floor based poses where we deepen the stretch & mind whilst practicing in candlelight. A very relaxing class ready to prompt a great nights sleep

I've been in the fitness industry since I was 21, initially as a secondary employment. 20+ years on I am now lucky enough to have turned my passion into my living combined with looking after my little girl. I am qualified in the majority of genres however my love is YOGA. I have now added Baby Yoga to my timetable.
