I got into Yoga to resolve chronic back pain (due to my work as a potter) and went on to study three years with the Irish Yoga Association (IYA dip). Consequently I have a particular interest in working with clients with special needs. I teach yoga to in Day Care for the Older Person and to wheelchair users. The suffering of the mind led to exploring the Yogic Paradigms of the Mind - read the theory on the website, feel the experience in workshops once a month. I
