Yoga based Asana practice, breathing and relaxation suitable for everyone, including beginners.
Emphasis on safe and controlled movement to develop muscle strength and flexibility, using the breath.
Ideal for anyone unable to get down onto the mat to get rid of stiff joints, aches and pains, and stress. Mainly seated movements with some standing (with support if necessary).
Taught by British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher and Gentle Years diploma holder.
