Chair yoga is a gentle mindful yoga practice designed to stretch and gently strengthen the body from a seated position. It includes bringing awareness to the breath and techniques to help alleviate anxiety and stress.

I am a Registered Yoga teacher (RYT200) and Personal Fitness Trainer (Reps) and enjoy teaching yoga, meditation, wellness and health and fitness in classes or on a one to one basis.
