Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done seated in a Chair and some poses are done standing using the chair for support. Chair yoga improves flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting mood, reducing stress and joint strain.

Hi my name is Jane Kennedy, BSc., MCThA, MPSI, I have been teaching health and fitness for over 30 years. Currently I teach Pilates and Yoga classes to all levels at my Studio in Kiltealy, Enniscorthy. When I’m not teaching classes I work as a Bodywork Therapist using a variety of therapies including Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Myofascial Release (MFR) and Massage to ease restrictions and pain from the body. The Therapies are also excellent in promoting relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, healing old traumatic wounds.
I have now introduced Wellness Day Retreats here at my peaceful and tranquil home in the foothills of the Blackstairs Mountains. These Retreat Days are designed for those who wish to take a little time out for themselves to nourish mind, body and soul.
