A chair based yoga class. Great for joint mobility. Can aid with promoting better sleep, pain relief and a greater sense of wellbeing.

I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and have a Yoga Teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga. I aim to provide classes that are accessible to all, where students can come to build strength, flexibility, breath awareness and a sense of peace.
