Classes are arranged in mini-groups. Each student get personal recommendations for the yoga practice.

This style is friendly for all levels of students, even beginners.

For advanced students it provides an opportunity to deepen their practice significantly.

It also might be helpful as a complementary treatment for those who are interested in yoga therapy.

Regular yoga practice helps to understand your body, become more physically confident, keeping fit, reducing stress, deal with different psychosomatic problems, restore balance and improve attitude.

YogaCVN Classical Hatha Yoga in Montreal

I teach classical yoga, uniting Hatha yoga and yoga Nidra as well a therapeutic approach. Style is gentle, but still powerful.

I started practicing yoga when she studied Economics at University. I have been practicing yoga ever since. I found that yoga helps a lot to reduce stress caused by exam preparation, hours spent in the front of the screen, tight deadlines. Besides, yoga was the best way for her to avoid sedentary lifestyle.
Morning yoga practice has become an essential habit. Yoga have helped to understand the body, keep fit, become more physically confident, get deeper understanding of herself and others and finally forget about her terrible migraine.
Later my friends and acquaintances started to ask me for an advice willing to start practicing yoga in order to increase their vitality, deal with stress and improve somehow their physical and emotional health. I realized, that I had to study yoga much deeper to be able to answer their questions and make the recommendations based on personal experience adopted for individual levels of physical capacities. I took and successfully completed 200 hour program Physical Education and Restorative Trainings Using Yoga Systems at the Russian State University of Physical Education Sport Youth and Tourism.
Luckily, at that moment I have also found out a Classical Yoga School and started to attend the regular classes. Studying in the Classical Yoga School has helped me to improve knowledge of relaxation techniques and make yoga practices safer for all groups of students. After 3 years of practice I got a right to teach Classical yoga.

Being very interested in potential of soft yoga techniques and their limits, I focus my attention on the Yoga Nidra technique, which provides an opportunity to reduce muscle tension, anxiety, deal with different psychosomatic problems, restore balance, and improve attitude.
Besides, I have finished Yin yoga teacher training in 2013. Currently I participate in the Teacher Training 2nd level Certification at Yoga Bliss (yoga as a therapeutic approach), 200 hours. Once finished, I will be a recognized member of the Académie des Naturopathes et Naturothérapeutes (ANN).
