My name is Christopher and i am the co-founder of Madhura Yoga.
I have been lucky to have received personal training in both Yoga and Ayurveda directly form masters whilst living a traditional yogic lifestyle with the Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta Centres. My 10 years of teaching and experience in all aspects of Yoga has given me a significant depth and clarity. I love to give and share my knowledge.
