A Prana flow session incorporates the natural elements into our practice - flowing sequences of classical postures and pranayama (breathing techniques) to increase energy and vitality, bringing more focus and strength to the body and mind. My classes are accessible and inclusive with a focus on body awareness, moving meditation and energy work fused with the classical teachings of Hatha Yoga and Qigong with a modern twist. Each session includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation/meditation as well as incorporating more restorative practices too, always honouring these transformative practices. You can join me in-person in a couple of our beautiful, safe halls, live-streamed via zoom in the comfort of your own home or even via our growing on-demand library via my website smallworldyoga.co.uk
I teach a number of different styles including Traditional Hatha, Prana flow Yoga (created by global movement alchemist Shiva Rea), Tibetan practices and Qigong are weaved into my classes as well as Trauma Informed Yoga, restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga and meditation. I also run workshops, retreats and foundation courses and hold YACEP status.

Qualifications British Wheel of Yoga level 4 Diploma, E-RYT-500 hours, Prana flow 500 hours, Qigong and the Chinese five elements, YACEP, Restorative Yoga, Ayurvedic massage, reflexology & holistic massage, Yoga for Autism and ADHD. I am an accredited Trauma Informed Yoga teacher.
Classes are for all levels, ages and abilities - please note some classes are not suitable during pregnancy. I am passionate that anyone can bring the benefits of Yoga in to their life. Come along and discover the magic for yourself!
