My goal is to create classes that are intentional, creative, and rooted in tradition. My flows mirror the way I practice at home—blending playful, dynamic sequences with grounding, traditional poses.
In every class, I like to set an intention so you can connect movement with meaning, whether that’s building strength, finding stillness, or just giving yourself time to breathe.
If you’re looking for yoga that feels both energizing and grounding—and flows that keep you inspired—I’d love to welcome you to my classes.

Hello, I'm Oriana, a certified yoga teacher with a passion for movement, mindfulness, and connection. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, in February 2023, an experience that deeply shaped both my practice and my teaching.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over five years, and during that time it has been a constant companion through both light and dark moments of life. Yoga has given me strength, clarity, and peace when I needed it most, and that’s something I feel inspired to share with others.
My personal practice is rooted in Vinyasa yoga because I love the way it flows dynamically on the mat—it feels almost like dancing, a moving meditation where breath and body become one. In my classes, I aim to blend creativity with tradition, offering flows that are energising, grounding, and intentional.
