My classes are for mixed ability (beginners are very welcome). I tailor each class to suit all students, giving modifications and/or alternatives when needed (as in the case of injuries or rehabilitation following surgery). All props are provided: mats, blocks, bricks, bolsters and straps.

I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years, having qualified in Hatha and Yin styles. My desire has always been to share my passion with as many people as I can. I tailor all my classes to suit the individual students, giving modifications and alternatives when needed, particularly in the case of injuries. I am regularly updating my skills by attending frequent workshops and always ensure I practice daily, incorporating mindfulness meditation.
I love to be creative in my practice and enjoy experimenting with new postures and will sometimes do a hatha or vinyasa flowing sequence of movements but always with the students knowing each pose/asana so technique and purpose is fully understood.
