Enjoy a deep and delicious practice in this small group class with an awesome sense of community. It's a challenging 90 minute session, but everyone is welcome, from beginner to intermediate and advanced students. We work on a different theme each week, so no two classes are the same, but you'll see a consistent focus on deep, active breathing, safe alignment, bringing your body back to balance, and building strength and flexibility.
No need to book, just come along on the day - we have spare mats and will make you very welcome.
