Yoga has been a part of my life since 2000 and I thoroughly enjoy practicing and teaching. I firmly believe that Yoga is for everyone, regardless of flexibility, age, size or shape. All abilities are welcome to my class from the beginner to the more advanced.
I teach Hatha Yoga, and incorporate lots of other styles into the practice. My class will be a mix of static postures, vinyasa flow yoga (linking of postures with the breath), pranayama (breathing exercises) and of course, the best bit – relaxation techniques! Class routines will vary from week to week and everyone works to their own personal level of comfort and ability.
In 2007 I completed The British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course and progressed onto to The Yoga College where I completed my Diploma in Yoga Teaching with Jeremy Jones in 2010
