Drop-in Yoga Class -Yoga with Fariba

I started practicing with the hatha yoga tradition and moved into regular advanced Iyengar and Ashtanga styles.

I am a British Wheel of Yoga certified teacher with the Life Centre/Yoga Campus in London.

Participating in frequent workshops and training with top local and international teachers such as Richard Freeman, Anna Ashby,Doug Keller, Debbie Blunden ,among others, ranging from dynamic flow, Ashtanga and restorative meditation.

Teaching with a firm focus on alignment and making the postures and movement accessible to all levels of student, classes are fun, challenging, and relaxing.
