I discovered yoga as a way to alleviate my stress and anxiety of being a new mum when my first daughter was born. A good few years later, I am now a qualified yoga, pre and post natal yoga and children's yoga teacher and I aim to share the benefits of yoga as widely as I can.
All my classes are accessible to all ages and abilities. My pregnancy classes are suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy and my family classes are aimed at children aged 4-12.
Complete beginners are welcome to all my classes. I teach sequences and poses in stages so that everybody can find a level that suits them.
