Classes are friendly, relaxed and open to everyone. Dru is a therapeutic style of yoga including asana (poses), flowing sequences, pranayama (breath work) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). Dru focuses on building core strength, improving alignment & posture through classic yoga poses, and improving well being through deep stretching, strengthening and relaxation.

I am a fully qualified Teacher of Dru Yoga and a Member of the Register of Dru Yoga Teachers (MRDY). I have been teaching yoga to adults and children for 2 years and am fully CRB checked and insured.
