I am an advocate of building Heart based community. I teach and practice a graceful but energetically potent Yoga called Dru Yoga. Using a blend of Dru, Qi gong and drawing influences from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shamanism.
My offering to you is a calming and therapeutic class in a healing space for all abilities, faiths, fitness levels and ages.
I will take you on a journey of flowing sequences, directed breathing, meditation and visualisation. Working with the seasons and inspired by nature, I incorporate themes to empower your practice.
Dru Yoga dissolves stress and muscle tension, improves strength and flexibility, building a heightened sense of positivity. A special guided Yoga Nidra at the end of the class, with sense experiences, will deeply 'seal the peace' you have created.
