As a massage therapist specialising in the treatment of chronic pain, I have a keen interest in the therapeutic and rehabilitative qualities of yoga and pilates. My yoga journey began with Dru yoga a type of hatha yoga that opens up the imagination and focuses on flow of energy through themed energy block release sequences. At the time of my yoga teacher training I was providing relaxation massage and reflexology and was struck by the cross over of benefits.
I trained with Misty Tripoli from the USA in dance for health and happiness and learned to move without fear or restriction.
I'm now an advanced clinical massage therapist (Jing Institute) and pilates instructor working to blend my knowledge and experience for the best outcome for each person I work with. My learning journey continues with the Jing Institute to achieve the highest massage therapist qualification available in the UK. I have so much so much to share with you!
