Annie is a 200hr Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher based in Hertfordshire. She believes in using yoga and mindfulness to help individuals and organisations reach higher levels of performance and wellbeing.
Annie teaches open yoga classes in Braughing and Buntingford, East Herts and runs sessions/workshops for groups, businesses and health clubs across Hertfordshire and London.
