2. Sunday Morning class (morning Dynamic Hatha yoga): 9.30 - 10.30 am at Ansty Village Centre, Deaks Lane, Ansty, West Sussex. RH17 5AS (which is a 2-minutes drive from our own studio).

Dynamic Hatha for beginner and intermediate

Yoga has been, personally, my source of recovery, both mentally and physically, after my skiing accident in 2011. My yoga practice also strengthens the correct muscles in my body and keeps agonizing sciatica at bay. I love yoga because it’s so adaptable. There’s something in it for everyone, young or old, flexible or stiff, beginner or advanced.

I am a lawyer, a yoga teacher, a wife and a mother of three teenage girls. I view yoga as an enabler for change: for strengthening, for physical recovery and for stabilising the mind. After suffering my skiing injury in 2011, I found my pathway to recovery through yoga. Yoga helped me through the one-year-long knee rehabilitation period and, supported by my practice of yoga, I have now incorporated my beloved running into my exercise regime once again. I competed in 10KM and I run 10K twice weekly, whilst also preparing for my first half marathon in October 2021 and subsequently a marathon in December 2021.

My particular passion is to develop great technique in all my students – without it, the benefits of yoga asanas may not likely be achieved. My posture tips will assist all students to reap the benefits of yoga practice. I believe that these tips and my commitment to yoga practice in view of progressing towards proper technique offer you the best yoga class and training.
