This Wednesday evening yoga is an energising and friendly class, suitable for all levels of practise. Each class is a combination of pranayama (yogic breathing), asana (physical postures) and meditation and relaxation. I teach my classes so that they are accessible for all levels from beginners to more advanced practitioners.

Hi I'm Lynne and I have been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching for 1 of those in Brighton and Shoreham. I bring influences from Iyengar and Sivananda yoga to my Hatha Yoga classes, and my training is deeply rooted in Integral Yoga. I teach all levels of ability, and encourage mindfulness and awareness of the body in my classes to create a warm and relaxed way of practising. I offer classes, workshops, retreats and one-2-one tuition around in Shoreham and the surrounding areas.
Since qualifying as an Integral Hatha Yoga Teacher, I have continued my studies which also now include qualifications in pregnancy, postnatal, birth preparation yoga and also yoga for chronic conditons such as Multiple Sclerosis.
Yoga has supported me through various life stages and challenges. I love teaching people and seeing that it can so the same for them too.
