This dynamic, flowing class will leave you feeling both energised and relaxed. Flowing sequences with coordinated breath work, moments of stillness and deep relaxation. Some previous yoga experience recommended. Next 6 week course starts 14th November 2017.

I trained for nine years as a dancer and went on to work professionally in theatre, TV and film for seventeen years.
Along the way I discovered Astanga Yoga and went on to qualify as a Hatha Yoga instuctor with the British School of Yoga in 2001.
I have many years of experience teaching yoga and dance to complete novices and professionals alike.
I am also a qualified Sports and Holistic Massage Therapist. I try to use this in depth knowledge of the body to enhance my yoga classes and guide my students in a safe and detailed practise.
I teach small group classes and private lessons in Yoga and Dance at my studio in Hampton.
