I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, specialising in Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. My dynamic classes follow themes and focus on breath and alignment. All my classes are mixed level and I make sure everyone from total beginner to seasoned pro has something to challenge them appropriately.
