East London Yoga Studio

We are a small independent studio with dedicated qualified yoga teachers in many different styles. Our classes are directed to all and beginners are warmly welcomed. We take yoga seriously and teach it humorously. Our studio is fully equipped with mats and props and our prices have of the lowest in the market. For us yoga is a passion worth spreading, not a market. Our studio fits a small number of students; we have floating wooden floors and an open chimney. From time to time live music is performed during classes.
We offer Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Flow, Dynamic, Tantra, Restorative, Kundalini and more. Further discounts for regular students.
