I teach Kriyas, Asanas,Pranayama and Meditation in a warm and safe atmosphere, aiming to deliver flowing, challenging and uplifting sessions. My classes are suitable for all abilities and experiences of yoga and I have a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit. I aim to include Yoga philosophy into lessons to accompany both physical and mental transformation. I teach differentiated classes and provide individual care, adjust postures, offer modifications and help with aches and ailments.
I have learnt from various teachers and styles of yoga which include Ashtanga, Anusara, Kundalini and Vini Yoga. I am not attached to a particular style of yoga and enjoy learning from a variety of teachers. I believe this is reflected in my teaching, which embraces Yoga as a holistic approach.

I was born in France and have been a secondary school teacher in the south west of England for 14 years. I have been based in beautiful Cornwall since 2005.
I started practising yoga 13 years ago and it rapidly became an integral part of my life. After several inspiring retreats and courses, I decided to do a Foundation course and a yoga teaching programme with the wonderful Devon Shool of Yoga and started teaching regularly about a year ago.
