Running from May 17th to July 5th, these Scaravelli-inspired workshops are suitable for experienced students who are looking to develop greater insight into the key principles of yoga and a more creative approach to their practice. With a deepening sense of self-enquiry, each week explores different themes based on yoga philosophy, embodied awareness and heart-centred living.

The style I teach incorporates all the elements of yoga to encourage a holistic practice, including dynamic work in sun salutation, classical yoga postures, conscious breathing, cultivating awareness and relaxation techniques.
Classes are mixed ability and suitable for all levels, although not recommended for pregnancy. I always have students who are entirely new to yoga and some who have been practising for 5 years or more and everything in between.
I aim to teach in a way that ensures everyone is working within their own limits, at the same time as developing the necessary awareness to move safely and deeply into the postures.
Open classes are run on a drop-in basis so no need to book. I also offer one to one sessions and workshops, as well as yoga in schools and for community based projects.
