Lovely community class in Stevenage at Timebridge Community Centre. Classes will be set to the overall level of the class. Beginners welcome. We will stretch and flow alternating between Hatha and Vinyasa style. Focusing on alignment, breathing, toning up and de-stressing!

I have just moved to the Stevenage area and am very excited to be offering private one to one yoga sessions in my very cute yoga studio in my home.
I am a fully qualified 200+hr yoga teacher.
I have trained with the Sivananda Organisation in Hatha Yoga and YogaLondon in Vinyasa Flow yoga.
I have over ten years teaching experience and can tailor the class specifically to suit you. My classes are fun and down to earth.
Whether you want to tone up and get super fit and strong or if you have a specific health condition or just want to go gentle and stretch out, all of this is taken into consideration to bring you a class that brings out the best in you.
