This class is unique for the generally fit and mobile that will help improve flexibility, range of movement, strength, co-ordination balance and encourage relaxation. The class will blend yoga and Pilates flowing through sequences standing, sitting and lying down and will combine movement with stretches, poses and balances. 70% of the time is focused on standing work, 25% on floor work and 5% on relaxation. You will require a yoga mat, a drink and you should wear comfortable clothing.

I teach Freestyle Fitness Yoga and I've been teaching yoga for 8 years and other classes for 13 years. My yoga classes are for all abilities and will help improve flexibility, range of movement, strength, co-ordination, balance and encourage relaxation. The classes will flow through sequences standing, sitting and lying down and will combine movement with stretches, poses, balance and some Pilates. The classes are for the generally fit and healthy participant and do not include any meditation. 70% of the time is focused on standing work, 25% on floor work and 5% on relaxation. Classes are held in Spalding and Pinchbeck.
