A mixed ability class, consisting of warm up, sun salutation, standing, sitting, reverse poses and relaxation. Each 6-7 weeks there's a focus on a different body area, such as hips, arms, core etc.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 15 years before I became a fully qualified yoga teacher, completing the 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training programme at Bahia in 2017. I also qualified as a Children's yoga teacher through Collins&Barth School of Yoga in 2018.
I have been a primary school teacher since 1999, often working with EAL and SEN children, so I am aware of how physical exercise, breathing and relaxation is important for the confidence and general well-being of any person.
