This mindful, Vanda Scaravelli inspired Yoga class focuses on mindful movements to gradually calm the body and mind before settling into stillness at the end of the class with calming breathing techniques, and a led relaxation. Leaving you feeling relaxed, renewed and restored.

I teach Scaravelli Yoga, Restorative Yoga and essential Somatics Movement because I believe it can improve the lives of the people who practice them, as is has for me. Before bringing Yoga and Somatics into my life I struggled with anxiety, low self esteem and a lack a confidence. I also suffered from ongoing joint pain. A regular Yoga and Somatic Movement practice has pathed the way for positive changes in my life, feeling calmer, happier and more stable:-
