Hello! My name is Rachel and I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years.
My passion for yoga began when I started practicing using free YouTube videos aiming to improve my flexibility. Before long, I began noticing the benefits it provided, not only physically but mentally too. I soon fell in love with the practice and started doing it on a daily basis. This led me down a path of discovery of all things wellness, including mindfulness and meditation and eventually, during the covid lockdown, I decided to take the plunge and embark on a 200hr yoga teacher training course and have never looked back! I encourage my students to listen to their body, move intuitively and compassionately, and most importantly… to have fun!
Off the mat you will find Rachel exploring green spaces with her foster doggo/s or travelling to new places with her partner. As a self-proclaimed chocoholic and foody, she's always on the hunt for the best places to eat and loves to cook.
