The Village Yoga was founded by Natasha Harding, a certified RYT 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher.
Natasha is dedicated to making yoga enjoyable and accessible to individuals of all ages and abilities. She frequently contributes to magazines and newspapers, sharing insights on a diverse range of wellness and health topics.
Natasha specialises in Hatha yoga for adults, as well as pre and post-natal yoga, addressing back issues, and offering one-on-one yoga classes (as yoga therapy) and workshops.
