Introduce your preschooler to the fun of yoga..this class is aimed at mums/dads/carers who want a good stretch and strengthening session but have their toddler(s) in tow. We encourage our tots to join in certain parts of the class but are not worried if they decide on this occasion they'd rather run around or read a book. No pressure, relaxed and friendly class. Hi there, we are Alex and Jules from Hotpod Yoga. We would love to welcome you to one of our light hearted and friendly classes where you'll find a safe and relaxed environment to practice Yoga.
Yoga can have as much of an impact on your life as you allow; from it being purely physical (which to many folk it is- and that's fine) to being a way of life; following and incorporating the 8 limbs and spiritual teachings in to everyday living...well as realistically as possible.
Classes at Hotpod are held at 37° in our purple hued, beautifully scented pod. The studio is non-judgemental, friendly and welcoming to all. When signing up to a class, you are joining a community of supportive yogi's throughout all stages of their lives, be prepared to make friends and have a laugh.
