Vinyasa is “flowing yoga”- moving with the breath, smooth transitions between asanas (yoga poses), repetitive mindful movements. Start your weekend with a good energy, build some body strength, stretch your back, open through the hips and shoulders, balance, focus and relax, moving and holding yoga poses with the breath, practicing mindfulness.
You get your self-care, exercises, meditation techniques – all in a one-hour yoga class. It’s your wellness package!
The class is suitable for beginners and intermediate levels, also for advanced yogis who are not focusing on too "fancy" yoga poses but rather on mindfulness and awareness.
P.S. Mats are available but bring your own if you have one.

My name is Loreta Keburyte and I have practiced yoga for 18 years (teaching for 10) and love helping others reconnect with themselves through a mixture of yogic breathing (Pranayama), meditation, and yoga poses (asana). Although specialising in mindfulness and Pranayama, I also teach flowing yoga (Vinyasa) for whole body workout. I adapt sessions to suit your needs, giving you a friendly, relaxing space to quieten your mind, connect inwards, restore your energy flow, and improve flexibility, mobility and balance.
If you are looking for a yoga teacher in Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs, Island Gardens, London and online, get in touch with me to book your first session.
