Totally Yoga

Hi, I'm Sarah the owner of Totally Yoga,
I’ve been a yoga enthusiast since being introduced by my mum at age 18, back then I just wanted harder and harder poses and didn’t see the point of the breathing exercises at the beginning and definitely didn’t really see the point of just lying there at the end!

I chased every exercise regimen (the harder the better) but something always took me back to yoga, and as my life got more stressful and I pushed myself in all parts of my life, I realised that these breathing exercises made me run, lift weights and handle stress better. 

In 2014, I was lucky enough to practise in Goa on the beach, whilst the sun was setting which made me fall in love with yoga again, 2016 I was looking for a hobby and found my passion for yoga, right here  in Essex! 

2017 saw me start on an epic yoga journey that I would love for you to all come along on to the yoga classes in Laindon, together we will master what we want to master and laugh at the things that will seem impossible (but may become possible!)

Yoga has strengthened both my mind and body, invigorates me daily and most of all recharges me to face what the world has to throw at me.
